What Can You Expect On Singapore Airlines’ New Menu?

The new and improved menu includes more than 100 refreshed appetisers, main courses and desserts. These updates will not only feature across the premium cabins, but also extend to Economy Class through Singapore Airlines Chefs’ Selection. The new in-flight menu category has been developed by the airline’s in-house and guest chefs in collaboration with its catering partners. It brings together comforting and familiar flavours in Singapore Airlines Business Class, with regional favourites, reimagined classics and new culinary creations.

Singapore Airlines is also continuing to elevate the already renowned premium experience across its Suites, First Class and Business Class cabins with the introduction of new wine labels and spirits. In collaboration with French luxury tableware maison Christofle, Singapore Airlines has also created new custom-designed serviceware incorporating the airline’s signature batik motif. The collection strengthens the sense of detail throughout the premium cabin journey.
