Finnair 2018 Flight Updates
Finnair released their 2018 Earlybird Fares this week and have now released their new destinations for Summer 2018 – it’s good news for round the world trips!
New Destinations
Finnair will start flying year round Helsinki to Nanjing, China from May 13th 2018. The service will operate 3 time a week over the northern hemisphere summer and twice a week over winter.
2 new European destinations have been added to the summer 2018 schedule. As of June 1st, Finnair will fly 4 times a week to Lisbon, Portugal, and as of April 23rd, daily to Stuttgart, Germany.
Extended season to San Francisco
Finnair’s service to San Francisco will be extended, operating from May 3rd to September 27 in 2018, with 3 flights a week.
Increased Frequency
Finnair will fly to Chicago daily from April to October, an additional 2 flights a week.
Flights to Tokyo will be increased to twice a day, an additional 3 flights a week.
3 additional flights a week will be added to the airline’s Bangkok service, increasing it to 10 times a week over the summer season and 16 over winter.
One extra flight a week will be added to the Delhi, India route, bringing it to 4 flights a week over summer and 6 flights a week over winter.
More European Flights
There will also be additional flights to Finnair’s already well serviced European network with additional flights to Tallinn, Moscow, Helsinki, St Petersburg, Gdansk, Edinburgh, Barcelona, Madrid, Reykjavik, Dublin, Dubrovnik, Malaga, Tel Aviv, Billund, Venice, Chania, Skiathos, Santorini, Rhodes, Heraklion, and Corfu
