SWISS Wins Europe’s Leading Economy Class

SWISS has been awarded Europe’s leading Economy Class in the 2019 World Travel Awards.

The prestigious awards are based on voting both by travellers and travel industry professionals and takes into consideration comfort, service quality, and the overall travel experience.

SWISS has made a number of updates over the past year including tailored dining options, and the ability to pre-order premium meal (for a fee) before departure.

The SWISS guest experience starts on the ground with modernized check-in zones in Zurich being installed earlier this year. The new check in process provides optimum orientation, comfort and convenience for departing passengers.

Zurich Airport Wins Europe’s Leading Airport

At the same awards SWISS’s home airport Zurich was awarded Europe’s Leading Airport, for the 16th year in a row. Zurich has held on to the title, which judges airports on customer satisfaction and the quality of products and services, since 2004.
