Cathay Pacific has taken the next step in pre-flight and in-transit relaxation with the opening of a new Yoga & Meditation Sanctuary inside their Hong Kong Airport The Pier business class lounge.

The Sanctuary by Pure Yoga is a 700 square-foot private spaces divided into 2 spaces, The Yoga sanctuary to stretch and relax your body and The Mind Sanctuary where guests can meditate to relax and calm the mind.

The sanctuaries include guided videos from Pure Yoga’s teachers as well as secluded spaces for self practice.
