ANA Restarting Perth To Tokyo Route This October

After three and a half year absence from the WA capital, All Nippon Airways (ANA) has announced it’s restarting non-stop flights between Perth and Tokyo (Narita) from October 29 2023. This means Western Australians that have had their heart set on a trip to Japan will soon be able to do it in a single hop.

Perth To Tokyo Flights

We will see flights departing from Tokyo’s Narita Airport every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 11:20am, with an arrival time into Perth at 8:30pm. A quick turn around will occur, with the flight then departing Perth at 9:55pm the same three days, touching down at 8:30am the following day in Tokyo.

ANA Restarting Perth To Tokyo Route This October

The Boeing 787 will be used on the route, with the aircraft offering lie-flat Business Class seats, all with direct aisle access, ahead of a small premium economy cabin. On ANA’s longer international routes, like those to London and New Rork, the Boeing 777-300ER

ANA’s Boeing 777-300ER is maintained on several longer international routes, such as those to London and New York. This aircraft features the airline’s highly regarded Qsuite-style The Room Business Class, with an even larger First Class offering dubbed, The Suite.

ANA And Virgin Australia

Originally launched in September 2019 by the Virgin Australia partner, the route was popular pre the pandemic in March 2020. With the Star Alliance member expected to ramp up its partnership with Virgin Australia this year, we will see reciprocal status benefits ranging from earning Velocity Points and status credits on selected ANA flights to redeeming Velocity Points on ANA flights all on the table.
