Singapore Airlines Unveils SilverKris Lounge at Heathrow
Major airline carrier for round the world travel, Singapore Airlines, has reopened its SilverKris Lounge at London Heathrow after a six-month long refurbishment. What can you expect? State-of-the-art fixtures and furnishings that provide travellers with more seating spaces, luxury and comfort at the modernised airport lounge. How to find the SilverKris Lounge at London Heathrow Airport
Located near Gate D36 in Terminal 2’s B Concourse, the SilverKris lounge is open daily, between 5.30am to 10pm.
Who can access the SilverKris Lounge?
The new lounge welcomes first class and business class passengers, as well as KrisFlyer Elite Gold, PPS/Solitaire and Star Alliance Gold status holders. Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance travellers flying in First/Suites class and Solitaire PPS Club card holders, have access to the more intimate, 50-seat first class wing.
Key Features of the new SilverKris Lounge
Travellers will find new dining experiences, tech upgrades and elevated shower suites in the modernised SilverKris lounge at Heathrow Airport.
New Dining Experiences
Customers can choose from a la carte or made-to-order dish from a newly designed menu, alongside a buffet service. Featuring both traditional Singaporean dishes as well as a range of Western options – there is so much to choose from! The revamped cocktail bar is a winner too – offering more elegant seating and a choice of premium wines, Rodier champagne and cocktails!
Tech Upgrades
An upgrade in tech will allow customers to relax in high-backed productivity pods and recharge with Type G outlets, USB-A and USB-C ports. In addition to this, the lounge features 75-inch widescreen TVs and of course, complimentary Wi-Fi.
Shower Suites
Travellers wanting to freshen up before their flight can take advantage of the upgraded shower suites. There are four in the Business Class wing and two in the first, all stocked with hairdryers and an array of toiletries.

Singapore Airlines general manager UK and Ireland, Mohamed Rafi Mar, agrees that the new lounge will provide passengers with a “refreshed, spacious, and welcoming environment.”
