Finnair Signature Japanese Menu

Finnair has teamed up with Japanese top chef Rika Maezawa to provide a range of business class signature menus served on long haul flights out of Tokyo to Helsinki.

Finnair’s Signature Chef program has been collaborating with some of the best chef’s across the globe since 2013 to provide high quality seasonal and regional business class dining.

Rika Maezawa aims to share a taste of Japan with passengers onboard Finnair, and is the airline’s first Japanese Signature Chef.

The range which will be available inflight from this week includes modern twists on traditional Japanese cuisine with a strong focus on vegetables and classic bento box styling.
