LAX Star Alliance Lounge Now Offering Economy and Premium Economy Passengers Paid Access
Previously only an exclusive benefit for passengers traveling in First and Business Class, you can now purchase access to the state-of-the-art Star Alliance Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport.
Having won the Skytrax World Airline Award for World’s Best Airline Alliance Lounge five years running and the Leading Airport Lounge in North America by World Travel Awards for the previous 2 years, the LAX lounge will now welcome passengers who purchase a 3-hour pass for $70USD. Passes must pre-book online for a specific date and are subject to availability. Members of frequent flyer programs of an Alliance member are eligible for a discount of up to 5%.
The award winning lounge boasts an outdoor terrace with views over the airfield and distant Hollywood Hills, fire-lit ambience by evening, an extensive selection of food, serviced bar with complimentary cocktails and refreshments, well-appointed shower suites to refresh before or after a long flight along with numerous areas to relax, work and dine.
The LAX lounge is the second in the Star Alliance network of 6 lounges to offer paid access after Ezeiza International Airport in Buenos Aires with more to be rolled out in coming months.
