New Lufthansa Milan Lounge
Lufthansa’s new business class lounge in Milan opened today with a new an exclusive look for the airline.
The Milan lounge pulls together Italian comforts including Aperitivo, fresh pasta, and an espresso serving barista and is the first of Lufthansa’s new lounge concepts where each new or renovated lounge will draw on local flavours and be designed to include a local touch, bucking the current trend of airlines to provide lounges with familiar concepts worldwide.
The Milan lounge, located in Terminal 1A at Malpensa Airport, is 550 square metres and includes 117 seats structured to provide private work, dining and relaxing zones. Designer furniture is throughout and ceiling high windows provide views of the airport apron.
A cooking station provides ‘Made in Italy’ meals to order and a central bar provides Italian aperitifs such as Campari, Martini and Aperol served with finger food.
